Terms of Service.

By accessing or using Apex Swipe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Aadhaar and PAN, and be a resident of India to use Apex Swipe.

KYC is required for all accounts. You must provide accurate, current information and maintain only one account per person. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

• All picks placed are binding.
• Payment must be completed at checkout via UPI.
• You must provide an accurate Indian shipping address.
• You agree to confirm delivery promptly or raise disputes within 48 hours.

• Listings must be accurate and disclose all material flaws.
• Items must ship within 48 hours of payment.
• Shill picking, fake accounts, and any manipulation of picks is strictly prohibited.
• Sellers may not list any prohibited item (see next section).

The following are not permitted on Apex Swipe: weapons, drugs, counterfeits, hazardous materials, live animals, tobacco, alcohol, ivory, wildlife products, and anything illegal under Indian law.

Apex Swipe charges a flat 8% commission on sold lots. Payouts are made via UPI on delivery confirmation. TDS will be deducted as required under Indian tax law.

Funds for every transaction are held in escrow. Buyers may open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Auto-resolution applies to clear-cut cases; complex cases are reviewed by a human within 72 hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting, you grant Apex Swipe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the platform.

• No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
• No fraud, scraping, or pick manipulation.
• No attempts to bypass Apex (e.g. moving deals off-platform).

Apex Swipe may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may appeal by emailing trust@apexswipe.in within 7 days of action.

Apex Swipe is a marketplace and is not the seller of record. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Swipe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Swipe and its officers, employees, and partners from claims arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Bengaluru.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.
