If your item never arrives, doesn't match the listing, or is materially damaged, you get your money back. Period. And if a deal genuinely can't go through, we'll cancel cleanly and return every rupee.
Picks are binding. Once you tap pick in a live show and your UPI is charged, the deal is locked. We don't cancel picks just because you changed your mind — that's how live commerce stays fair to sellers.
You can request a cancellation in these cases:
Before payment: you can back out of any pick until your UPI mandate is approved. After approval the pick is final.
Escrowed funds: on every successful cancellation, the money held in Apex Shield escrow is released back to your original UPI/bank within 1–3 business days. Nothing sits with the seller.
If Shiprocket marks the package undeliverable and the seller can't reship, you get a full refund automatically — no dispute needed.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. UPI refunds are usually instant. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days.
For items materially close to the listing but with a minor flaw, the seller and buyer can agree on a partial refund. Apex Shield mediates if needed.
