+How do I close my seller account?

Settings → Account → Close account. Pending payouts process first.

+Why does Apex need my Aadhaar and PAN?

Mandatory for KYC under Indian law and for buyer/seller protection.

+My UPI failed at checkout — what do I do?

Try a different UPI app or bank. Funds are never debited on failure.

+How do I update my bank account?

Settings → Payouts → Edit bank account.

+Is my financial data safe?

Yes — we never store your full card or UPI PIN. Razorpay handles all transactions, RBI-compliant.
